Security and Key Distributors (SKD) started off as a supplier to Locksmith companies in 1985. Our early association with Brian Preddy, designer of the world-famous BiLock High-Security Locking System, positioned us as an innovative market leader. To this day, we are the third-largest supplier, worldwide, of BiLock New Generation, Bilock Exclusive, Galaxy and Series Six.

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

In 2006, Driving Creek P/L purchased SKD and continued to further our goal of providing affordable high-quality locksmith and security system related services to commercial, industrial and residential clients. All our services are managed in house, so no third-party hassles for you.

Over the years, we’ve expanded our services to keep up with the emerging trends in technology and the increased sophistication of predators. For our dedication in helping organisations achieve their security requirements, SKD was also awarded the Sunday Times Award of Excellence in the year 2007. We’re also proud to have the WA Police, top WA universities, the Perth Airport and Convention Centre amongst our list of clients.

Our leading qualified locksmith is joined by Apprentice Locksmiths in training while on the road. Western Australia is desperately short of qualified Locksmiths and an average of only 5 people per year complete their Locksmith trade qualification. Which is why we have been committed to investing heavily in training future locksmiths through the apprenticeship program.
